Our Beginnings
Total Office Planning Services, Inc. (TOPS) was founded in 1985 by Mr. Jim Fenimore and Mr. Frank Sapienza. In its first full year of business, TOPS performed installation services valued at $2 million. To date, the company has been responsible for installation projects valued in excess of $250 million.



Our Warehouses
Based in New York, TOPS occupies a building of 11,000 square feet comprised of office and warehouse space. The company has warehouse space in the metropolitan New York area with over 155,000 square feet of space available.



Our Truck Fleet
In addition to its warehouse system, TOPS manages its own fleet of trucks, plus 250 panel carts and 20 gang boxes. The company has also invested more than $200,000 in specialty tools.

Our Staff
TOPS team of highly trained professionals includes 14 project managers and four field supervisors. The company employs 140 workers, including installers, movers and woodworking specialists.
