Frank Sapienza and Jim Fenimore - Co-founders of TOPS
Both have been involved in workplace planning logistics since 1979 and remain at the forefront of this business. Pioneers in the furniture installation business, they created TOPS at a time when the desk and chair offices were just beginning to evolve into modular workplaces. Since then, they have remained at the cutting edge of furniture installation and office planning, from private companies to corporate facilities.

Their hands-on experience and knowledge of this business have contributed to TOPS success, and their belief in teamwork and training has built a staff of professionals that clients can rely upon.

Sal Leone - Senior Account Manager
Sal has more than a quarter century of experience in project management. As businesses have grown, many of the projects we plan require in excess of 75 men to implement. Sal makes sure that each one of them knows what needs to be done, and the time frame in which it must be accomplished. All of the company's Project Managers report to Sal.

Mike Mercurio - Senior Account Manager
Mike also has more than 20 years of experience in project management. He started in this industry in 1980 as project manager, and has worked his way up to his present position. Mike not only serves as a project manager, but he has oversight of the company's account managers as well.

Lou DeVito - Warehouse Manager
Key to the success of TOPS project management is our network of warehouses. Lou has more than 20 years of warehouse management experience, and makes sure that all related activities are coordinated and fully supervised.
